Concrete Ordering Guidelines
Service
We will always strive to be on the job at the scheduled start time, but we will consider on time delivery to be 15 minutes before or after the scheduled start time. Once a pour is started, our dispatcher will be committed to keeping the customer supplied with concrete. Last minute calls for concrete will be taken as time slots allow.
Advance Notice
To maintain customer service we encourage customers to place their orders by 3:00 pm the day before. Monday orders are scheduled on Fridays and are therefore required by 3:00 pm Friday.
After Hours Pours
We are committed to providing our customers this service, however 24 hours notice is required to determine availability and/or to arrange plant and driver personnel to accomodate your needs.
Small Load Charges
The contractor controls the load size and unloading time of concrete deliveries. The price of concrete is based upon a set load size and unloading time. There will be a small load charge for all loads under 4 cubic meters.
Excess Unloading Time
Unloading time in excess of 10 minutes per cubic meter will be subject to additional charges. The computation will be based upon the average unloading time of all loads for an hour.
Dispatch Hours
Hours for ordering concrete are from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday. Any order taken after 3:00 pm will be scheduled after first round orders which is after 9:30 am. We encourage orders to be called in as early as possible to avoid over booking delays. The dispatch desk will be open from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday for inquiries regarding same day orders.
