Concrete Finishers
Foothills Ready Mix is looking for concrete finishers to perform a variety of tasks including: prepping forms, placing, finishing and repairing concrete.
Abilities required:
- Skill in finishing freshly placed concrete and applying surface treatments for commercial and residential projects.
- Inspecting forms prior to concrete placement.
- Placing concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
- Finishing concrete using either a hand trowel, bull float or power trowels.
- Working overtime as required.
- Must be able to meet all company safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
- Drug and alcohol policy in effect.
- Driver license required.
Wage is negotiable based on attitude and experience.

Concrete Foreman
Foothills Ready Mix is looking for a motivated and energetic Concrete Foreman. Key responsibilities include leading and supervising a 2-5 man concrete crew in the prepping, placing and finishing of residential concrete projects.
Abilities required
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in either commercial or residential concrete.
- Ability to lead and mentor formsetters, concrete finishers and labours.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
- Drug and alcohol policy in effect.
- Some computer skills required.
- Driver license.

Stone Slinger Operator
Foothills Ready Mix is looking for Stone Slinger Operators for gravel deliveries to commercial and residential construction sites.
Abilities required:
- Efficiently deliver gravel to construction sites in the city and surrounding areas.
- Required to perform some heavy lifting and complete some manual work.
- Working overtime as required.
- Must be able to meet all company safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
- Drug and alcohol policy in effect.
- Class 3 driver’s license required.
